Ingredients

50 grams kale

50 grams spinach

1/2 avocado

8 strawberries (optional)

1 large cup diced watermelon

1 banana (fresh )

1 large cup water

1 large cup Ice cubes

Instructions

Add all the ingredients in the blender in this order: banana, kale, spinach, avocado, strawberries, watermelon, water and ice cubes.

Blend at low speed for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds at low speed. Ready to serve!
