Passion Fruit, Banana & Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients:

10 ounces mango or pulp of 2 regular-size mangoes

  • 2 bananas or 1 Cavendish yellow banana (a regular banana)

  • 1 passion fruit sliced in half and contents scooped out

  • 2 spoons of squeezed lime

  • ½ cup  yogurt (I use 10% milk fat)

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • 1 tablespoon honey 

Instructions:

   Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed for 30 to 60 seconds, or until ice is crushed.

  • Pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with fresh fruit slices or mint leaves.

  •  Serve
