Cucumber, Apple & Oak Choi Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 medium seedless cucumber diced

1 raw medium-sized bok choy (washed and diced)

1/2 medium-sized apple (cored washed and diced)

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 lime (juiced)

1 cup coconut water

Instructions:

Wash the cucumber, apple and bok choy, and dice them both.

Add the cucumber, bok choy and apple into a high-speed blender first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.

Blend until smooth. For about 4-5 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
