Homemade Greek salad with an egg twist.

A bed of Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, red onion, tomato, Kalamata olives, Feta cheese, soft boiled egg, a drizzle of Greek salad dressing.
Greek salad dressing:
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- salt and pepper to taste (about 1/4 tsp each)
Put all the ingredients in a small Mason jar, close it tightly, and shake well. Drizzle desired amount over salad. Enjoy.
