Caribbean Delights (we are not a restaurant) showcases many varieties of Foods, Drinks, and Recipes from the Caribbean and all other cultures worldwide. We are here to encourage 3 good habits: Living, Loving, and Eating well and advancing them to the rest of the world.

If you would like to contribute to Caribbean Delights, whether once or frequently with food, drinks that you prepared, or articles you wrote let us know. We’re looking for honest presentations of the Caribbean and other cultures throughout the world. Please read our submission policy before submitting your post, when sending your post, consider the points below:

• All posts should be made clear about what category you want to contribute to.
• Make sure you provide the name of your contribution.
• We will print your name but "NOT" your personal identification or e-mail address.
• We will publish on our various social platforms, Facebook caribbeandelightsca, Instagram cari_delights, and "on our website, https:// www.caribbeandelights.ca with pictures and recipes only".

Group rules from the admins

1. Be Kind and Courteous

No disrespecting of members' food pictures or videos if you have nothing good to say keep it to yourself. Constructive criticism is welcomed members discriminating against fellow members' food is not.

2. No Hate Speech or Bullying

Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated.

3. Food posts only/ no promotions/no spamming

No promoting of your pages, groups, YouTube channels, websites, competitions, or URLs allowed.

4. Advertising

No advertising is allowed anywhere on our pages without permission and or financial compensation.

5. Facebook and Instagram posts

Facebook and Instagram posts must have the exact/correct " ASPECT RATIO " and be no longer than 1 minute.

6. Live Video

Live videos must not exceed 5 minutes and they must be food or drink related. contact Admin for details for live cooking.

7. Respect Everyone's Privacy but know

This group is a PUBLIC group we hereby put out a disclaimer that we hold no responsibility for pictures or recipes shared from this site. watermarking your pictures helps others identify your photos.
Please note: when sharing photos on the internet state the photo does not belong to you as photos sometimes are protected by COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT LAWS

8. Mutes or Blocks

Your comments will be removed and a mute placed because of any of the following..cursing, rudeness, not kind or courteous, disrespectful and distasteful or discriminatory behavior, and conducting sales.
