Recipe
1 lb shrimp
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 tsp garlic
1 small onion (chopped in 4 quaters, then peel off layers)
1 bell pepper (red or green chopped )
2 chives ,divided & chopped
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 -1 hot pepper (chopped)
1 small carrot (chopped in circles)
2 tablespoons green seasoning (chadon benny)
2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sesame oil / regular cooking oil
1 1/2 teaspoons corn flour
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Water
INSTRUCTIONS
Clean and season shrimp with Salt , garlic, black pepper, green seasoning, chives, lime juice and some of the chopped hot pepper.
Then add oil to your heated wok. Add hot pepper cook for a min . Add shrimp and cook about 5 mins turning once.
Add ketchup , soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce add a little water and corn starch.
Then stir to mix well , add onions, chopped carrots, bell peppers, cover and let it cook for another 3 to 4 mins.
Remove and serve with Rice.
