INGREDIENTS
1lb. lean steak thinly sliced
1lb. broccoli, cut into bite size bits
1/4 soy sauce*
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger thinly julienned
1/4 tsp black pepper, plus more to taste
1/2 cup beef stock or cup water, as desired
olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl, combine sliced steak with pepper.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute in batches, Cook 1/2 minute per side, place in a Platter. Repeat with remaining steak,
When all the steak is cooked, add broccoli and jinger to the pan Cook 2-3 minutes, or until crisp-tender.Remove and add to platter
mix up your sauce by adding the stock,soy sauce, garlic and pepper.
Pour sauce into the pan and stir Return cooked Jinger,broccoli and steak to the pan and stir to coat. Simmer for 2-3 minutes
Serve with Steamed Rice .
