Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients

1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust

16 oz cream cheese (softened)

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp ginger


Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add pumpkin, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and spices; mix until well combined.

Pour into the graham cracker crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set.

Let cool before serving.
