Servings -6 persons
2 lbs of ripe Papaya, de-seed, skinned and coarsly chopped
1 very ripe Avacado, de-seed and coarsly chopped
4 very ripe Bananas, skinned corasly chopped
1 cup cold water
1/2 lb Kale, de-veined and pureed with cold water
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Honey or choice of sweetner (not needed)
Sprinkle of Nutmeg or Vanilla essence
Method:
In a large Blender
Add the pureed Kale, papaya, Avacado and banana
Blend for 5 minutes or until very smooth
add lemon Juice and honey
sprinkle with favourite essence
Served chilled
Lunch is served
