Grilled Fish with Crispy Fries

Ingredients:

For the Fish:

4 fresh fish fillets (tilapia, cod, or salmon)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving


For the Fries:

4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel. Drizzle olive oil over them, then season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Place the fish fillets on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove and set aside.

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the potato strips in vegetable oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Serve the grilled fish with the crispy fries, garnished with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
