Ingredients
12 oz fresh cranberries
1 cup white sugar
1 cup orange juice
Instructions
Rinse the cranberries and pick out any stems or damaged berries.
In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and orange juice.
Place over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to a simmer, cooking until the cranberries start to pop, about 10-15 minutes.
Stir occasionally, then remove from heat once the sauce reaches your preferred thickness.
Allow the sauce to cool at room temperature before refrigerating.
