Cauliflower, Broccoli and Carrot Cocktail


Ingredients


/4 lb Cauliflower


1/4 lb Broccoli


1/4 lb Carrot

1 oz lemon Juice


1 cup water

2 TBSP of Honey


Method:


Clean and wash vegetables in cold water

Use a juicer or blender to juice all 3 vegetables with the 1 cup of cold water

Add lemon and Honey to your likeness

Chill and serve

garnish with kale, parsley or olive.
