Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Potatoes:
In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil until evenly coated.
Season the Potatoes:
Add the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
Toss until the potatoes are well coated with the seasoning mixture.
Arrange and Bake:
Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not overcrowded.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
