Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup salsa
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
12-15 corn tortillas
Cooking spray
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Mix chicken, cheeses, salsa, and spices in a bowl.
Warm tortillas to make them pliable.
Place 2-3 tbsp of filling on each tortilla and roll tightly.
Arrange on a baking sheet, seam-side down.
Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden.
Serve with guacamole, sour cream, or salsa for dipping.
