▢8 chicken tenderloins
▢1/4 cup olive oil
▢3 cloves garlic minced
▢2 tablespoons lemon juice
▢1 lemon zest
▢1/2 teaspoon salt
▢1/2 teaspoon pepper
▢1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
▢1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well. Cover the bowl and let everything sit for 5 minutes or up to 20 minutes.
Preheat and grease a grill or barbecue to medium heat. Alternatively, you can use a grill pan with grates on it.
Add the chicken tenders to the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
